RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Raphael Family Farm is a registered Florida farm operating under Avenues to Acres™ DBA.

Due to the live and perishable nature of our plants, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and plant so we can review the issue.

Please note:
• Plants may vary slightly in size, shape, and color due to natural growth patterns.
• Minor cosmetic imperfections are normal with live plants.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
